Lets start with the coffee itself.

  • French Press (Cafetière)

Add coarse-ground coffee and hot water (just off the boil).

Stir, place the lid on, and let it steep for 4 minutes.

Press the plunger down slowly and serve immediately.
  • Moka Pot (Stovetop Espresso Maker)

Fill the bottom chamber with water and the filter basket with fine-medium ground coffee.

Assemble the pot and heat on the stove until coffee fills the upper chamber.

Remove from heat, stir the brewed coffee, and serve.
  • Pour-Over (e.g., Hario V60, Chemex)

Place a paper filter and rinse it with hot water.

Add medium-ground coffee and pour hot water slowly in circular motions.

Allow it to drip through completely (2.5–3.5 minutes total).
